I AM RESILIENT
Physical wellness means caring for the body that carries the weight of every shift. When the body is supported, the nervous system can rest, tension can release, and energy can return. I Am Resilient exists for frontline healthcare workers who carry stress in their muscles, their shoulders, their back, and their breath long after the work is done. This restorative massage experience invites the body to let go, soften, and recover so the healer can return grounded, renewed, and supported.

Physical wellness helps reduce muscle strain, improve mobility, increase circulation, lower stress stored in the body, and restore clarity, balance, and strength. This is care for the healer who spends every day caring for others.

Healing is not a luxury for frontline heroes.
Healing is necessary.

Mental health and wellness belong to everyone. Every healer. Every shift. Every story carried home after the uniform comes off. At Healing Heroic Healers H³, we believe wellness is not an afterthought. It is the foundation that allows frontline workers to live, serve, and continue showing up with strength. Whole-person healing means caring for the nervous system, the body, the mind, and the spirit. It is not just surviving the work. It is feeling restored within it.

Wellness, for us, means practicing habits and receiving support that help a person feel grounded, energized, balanced, and connected to purpose.

Healing Heroic Healers is guided by The Eight Dimensions of Wellness created by Dr Margaret Swarbrick. These dimensions remind us that healing is multi-layered and every dimension matters.

Environmental: The relationship you have with the spaces you work, rest, and heal in. A sense of safety, peace, and comfort.
Emotional: Naming feelings, processing stress in healthy ways, creating space for joy and release.
Financial: Stability, budgeting confidence, and the ability to support current and future needs.
Social: Connection, support, community, and relationships that remind you that you are not alone.
Spiritual: Purpose, meaning, values, faith, or practices that help you stay centered and grounded.
Occupational: Pride and fulfillment in the work you do with balance that prevents burnout.
Physical: Caring for the body through rest, nutrition, movement, massage, and recovery.
Intellectual: Learning, creativity, curiosity, growth, and expanding what you know and can do.

Healing is not only about managing stress. Healing is about restoration, belonging, and balance.
When frontline workers heal, families heal. Hospitals heal. Communities heal.

Community Outreach

Black, Hispanic adults less likely to receive CPR, especially in public

According to a 2022 American Heart Association study, Black and Latino people experiencing cardiac arrest are 41% less likely than their White peers to receive cardiopulmonary resuscitation, better known as CPR, from a bystander.    Article Released Jul 8, 2023.

(H3) firmly believes that raising awareness within our community is a vital step in saving lives and alleviating the apprehension associated with providing aid during critical situations. By addressing these concerns, we aim to bridge the gap identified by organizations like the American Heart Association, which highlights the issue of delayed assistance.

By working together, we can empower individuals to overcome their fears and hesitations when it comes to rendering aid, ultimately making a significant impact on the timely delivery of life-saving assistance.

Our Community CPR classes will cover techniques for Adults, Children, and Infants (Hands-only CPR), the use of an AED (Automated External Defibrillator), and abdominal thrusts (the Heimlich Maneuver) for choking victims. These classes will be non-certification courses. The classes run under the American Heart Association Family & Friends model, which is a non-certification course. *Certification is not required to save a life.
