Code 1 Wellness is a Missouri-based mental health and wellness organization dedicated to supporting the unique emotional and psychological needs of first responders. Our team understands the culture, pressure, trauma exposure, and the silent weight carried by those who serve. We provide confidential, accessible, and stigma-free services tailored to meet first responders exactly where they are.
Our services are offered entirely through telehealth, allowing us to support first responders anywhere in the state of Missouri, with expansion into Kansas and Texas coming soon.

- EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
- Trauma-focused therapy for acute and chronic stress
- Crisis stabilization and same-day triage
- Substance use counseling & MAT (Medication-Assisted Treatment)

- Stress management, burnout recovery, and resilience coaching
- Family, marriage, and relationship support
- Psychiatric medication management (in-person and telehealth)

We offer flexible scheduling that respects shift work, including evenings and weekends. Urgent first responder appointments can often be scheduled for the same day.

Begin Services
You’ll meet with a licensed clinician or psychiatric provider specializing in trauma, first responder culture, and high-stress environments.
Payment Options
We never allow cost to stand in the way of care.

- No-cost crisis appointments when safety is a concern
